By entering the event grounds, you automatically agree to the provisions below. <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>  General<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Cars \u2019n Joy reserves the right to change the event policy and these house rules at any time.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The organization may refuse or deny access to visitors at any time when deemed necessary for safety, order, or compliance with these rules.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Entering the event is entirely at your <b>own risk<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b>  Tickets &amp; Access<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">A valid ticket provides one-time entry. After scanning the ticket, the following applies: <b>once you&#8217;re in, you&#8217;re in<\/b>. Re-entry is not permitted.  <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Tickets will not be exchanged, refunded, or canceled.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Visitors must be able to identify themselves with a valid, legally recognized ID.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The organization may refuse access in case of inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or when safety is at stake.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b>  Safety &amp; Security Searches<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">At the request of security, every visitor must cooperate with a <b>superficial security search<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Refusing a search automatically means access will be denied.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">CCTV and other crowd management systems may be used for safety purposes.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Instructions from security and staff must be followed immediately <b>at all times<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b>  Prohibited Items &amp; Substances<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The following items are strictly prohibited on the event grounds:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Drugs (possession, use, and trade)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Nitrous oxide \/ laughing gas<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Weapons or objects that can be used as weapons<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Own food and drinks, alcohol, glassware, cans, bottles<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Flammable materials<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Professional photography and video equipment without press accreditation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If prohibited substances or weapons are found, the organization will cooperate with police and law enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b>  Code of Conduct on the Grounds<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Visitors should not hinder others; aggression and intimidation will not be tolerated.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Anyone who misbehaves will be <b>immediately removed<\/b> from the grounds.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">When entering and leaving the event, consideration must be shown to local residents; causing a nuisance is not permitted.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Damage caused to vehicles, materials, or property will be recovered from the perpetrator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><b>  CCTV, Photo &amp; Video<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Photo and video recordings are made on and around the event grounds.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">By entering, visitors give permission for these images to be used by Cars \u2019n Joy for promotional and informative purposes, without any claim to compensation.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">(Semi-)professional photo and video equipment is not permitted without prior press accreditation.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Compact cameras and action cameras (such as GoPro) are allowed; selfie sticks are not permitted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><b>  Own Risk, Liability &amp; Health<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Visiting Cars \u2019n Joy is at your own risk. The organization is not liable for:\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">damage, loss, or theft of property;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">physical injury;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">hearing damage;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">technical malfunctions or inaccuracies in communicated information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Visitors are advised to wear hearing protection; this is available on the grounds.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Leaving valuables unattended is entirely at your own responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><b>  Medical Situations &amp; Medication<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Visitors carrying medication that differs from regular personal medication must report this to security.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">If necessary, security will refer you to First Aid, where medication can be checked or safely stored.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">For special situations, it is advised to contact us in advance via <b>info@carsnjoy.nl<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><b>  Accessibility (Disabled Visitors)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Cars \u2019n Joy is accessible to disabled visitors. Where necessary, wider passages and adapted facilities are provided. <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Disabled toilets are always available.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Wheelchairs and crutches are permitted.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Visitors may not bring their own chairs, even in cases of limited mobility; the organization provides sufficient seating.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><b>  Pets<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Dogs and other pets are <b>not allowed<\/b> on the grounds, with the exception of recognized assistance dogs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li><b>  Commercial Activities<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Carrying out commercial activities, sampling, or flyering without written permission from Cars \u2019n Joy is prohibited.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Violations will lead to immediate removal from the grounds.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li><b>  Other<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Cars \u2019n Joy is accessible to all ages.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The organization reserves the right to remove visitors for violating these house rules without a refund of the ticket.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Automotive Section  <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Driver &amp; Vehicle Behavior at and around the Event<\/b><\/p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li><b>  Rules of conduct for drivers and vehicles<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Cars \u2019n Joy is a <b>family-friendly event<\/b>. Drivers presenting their vehicle, participating in activities, or moving around the grounds must behave <b>responsibly and respectfully at all times<\/b>. <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">All vehicles on the event grounds are subject to the instructions of the organization, marshals, and security. These instructions are <b>binding<\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li><b>  Prohibited driving behavior<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>On and around the event grounds, the following behaviors, among others, are <b>strictly prohibited<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Unnecessary hard acceleration or braking<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Burn-outs, drifting, or other stunts<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Making unnecessary noise with the engine or exhaust (revving)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Use of non-approved pops &amp; bangs \/ crackle maps<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Driving with squealing or slipping tires<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Speeding beyond the permitted limit<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Driving without valid insurance or license plate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Violation will result in <b>immediate removal<\/b> from the grounds, without refund.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"15\">\n<li><b>  Noise restriction for vehicles<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Noise nuisance from vehicles is <b>not permitted<\/b>, unless this takes place within an official demonstration, parade, or activity designated by the organization.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">A noise test may be required at the request of the organization.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The organization reserves the right to refuse a vehicle access if excessive noise production is suspected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"16\">\n<li><b>  Traffic behavior on routes to and from the event<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Visitors and participants must <b>adhere to all traffic rules<\/b> on public roads leading to the event.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Antisocial driving behavior on roads around the event (e.g., noise, dangerous maneuvers, street racing, drifting) will <b>not be tolerated<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">If such behavior is observed, the organization actively cooperates with police and law enforcement.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">License plate numbers will be passed on to the police and municipality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"17\">\n<li><b>  Official activities &amp; demonstrations<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Only activities previously approved, tolerated, or designated by Cars \u2019n Joy (such as demos, parades, show moments) are permitted.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Outside these fixed moments, the following applies: <b>idling and normal driving only<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Participants are required to follow the instructions of the technical crew or marshals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"18\">\n<li><b>  Sanctions for violations<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In case of violation of the above rules, one or more of the following measures may be taken:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Immediate removal<\/b> from the event grounds<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Revocation of wristband \/ ticket<\/b>, without right to refund<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Registration in an internal incident register<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Banning from future editions<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Passing on license plate numbers and footage to the police<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Possible <b>fines according to the Road Traffic Act<\/b> and local regulations, including:\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">Causing unnecessary noise (fines up to \u20ac450+)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">Dangerous driving behavior (fines up to \u20ac1,000+ and suspension of driver&#8217;s license)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">Drifting \/ skidding on public roads (fines \u20ac400\u2013\u20ac1,000+, vehicle seizure possible)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"19\">\n<li><b>  Liability<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Drivers are fully responsible for any damage caused by their vehicle.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The organization can never be held liable for damage resulting from reckless, dangerous, or prohibited driving behavior.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Participants bringing vehicles are required to ensure their vehicle is MOT-approved and insured.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HOUSE RULES &#8211; CARS \u2019N JOY FESTIVAL 2026 These house rules apply to all visitors of Cars \u2019n Joy.
