Is there seating available?
There are various seating options available throughout the grounds.
Can I attend the festival as a person with a disability?
We do our best to make the festival as accessible as possible for everyone and have set up facilities such as accessible toilets for this purpose.

How many tickets can I order at once?
You can order up to 8 tickets at a time.
Can I also buy a parking ticket?
Yes, you can buy a parking ticket on the website.
I found other ticket sites on Google selling Cars’nJoy tickets. What should I do?
Tickets purchased through other ticket sites will not be valid.
I bought my tickets through another channel. What now?
Tickets not purchased from Cars’nJoy or via CM.com will almost certainly be invalid.
I bought tickets via Marktplaats, Viagogo, TicketSwap, another ticket shop, or from someone I know (or don't know). What now?
Cars ’n Joy does not guarantee that your tickets will be valid for entry.
What does a VIP ticket include?
You need a VIP ticket to access the VIP pavilion.
Where are my tickets?

I haven't received a confirmation email.

Do I need to print my ticket?
There is no need to print your ticket. You can have it scanned on your phone at the entrance.
Can I get an invoice for my ticket purchase?

Yes, you can still enter with it.

I want to come by public transport; how does that work?
By train, you can go to Landgraaf station, followed by a 9-minute walk. By bus, take line 5 from Heerlen station to Megaland, Landgraaf Honigmannstraat.
Can I still buy an entrance ticket at the gate on the day?
Yes, you can still buy an entrance ticket at the gate. However, you will pay the highest price.
I have a food allergy. What now?
The range of food is so large that there will always be something for you. Feel free to ask the staff at the food trucks or food stands for advice.
I have medication / a medical exception.
All non-daily medication must be reported to security upon entry.

A limited number of weekend tickets are available. Once these are sold out, we will switch to individual day tickets and some benefits will expire. Booking early pays off.
